First Roundabout meeting, November 2007
A Great Start
20 Foursquare pastors and young leaders gathered November 14-17 at Treffpunkt Leben Church in Frankfurt, Germany for the first Roundabout meeting. There were 10 women and 10 men present, representing 8 different nations across Europe. Our purpose is to encourage the building up of relationships & friendships between young leaders from different contexts and also to equip them with courage and faith to step into their ministry calling.
For three days we gathered and shared what God was doing in our lives. We prayed for, gave encouraging words and challenged each other to continue to follow God’s direction. Participants shared how valuable it was to meet other leaders who are being challenged to step out in ministry. They went home with new, fresh vision.
Fellowship, Food and Fun
Through corporate worship, personal sharing and great meals, we formed close bonds of friendship and support that we can carry back to our own countries and ministries. What an encouraging time to know that there are many others around us that are praying for us and want to see God’s purpose unfold in our lives. We look forward to every new gathering and pray for more young leaders.
